		<description>Very good resource information on triglycerides - cholesterol levels etc. I would like to point one more thing and that is when free radicals cause these  triglycerides  to oxidize. This can lead to all kinds of problems like heart attack and stroke, etc. The oxidation can be worse than just the high levels themselves. That is why its so important to get plenty of antioxidants in either your diet or supplements. It looks like the green smoothies have plenty of antioxidants in them.</description>
